Before You Calculate
- This calculator converts vial concentration to syringe units. It does not choose your dose.
- Always follow the instructions from your clinician or compounding pharmacy first.
- If your vial label differs from any example shown here, follow the label.
Peptide Dosage Calculator
Convert your vial strength, diluent, and dose into draw volume and insulin syringe units. Everything updates live. This tool does the math; it does not recommend a dose, frequency, or cycle.

Your cycle
Select a peptide above to see what the research describes. Dosing frequencies and cycle lengths vary across studies and protocols. This tool does not recommend a dose, frequency, or cycle. Consult a licensed healthcare provider.

- Always read from the top ring of the plunger tip, not the bottom ring or needle tip.
- On a 100-unit syringe each small line equals 1 unit. On a 50-unit syringe each small line also equals 1 unit but the scale is compressed.
- Double-check your drawn amount against your calculator result before injecting.

Subcutaneous Injection Sites
Rotate injection sites with each administration. Reusing the same spot can lead to lipoatrophy (localized fat loss) and increased skin irritation. Spacing injections across different sites helps the tissue recover between uses.
Needle Angle Guide
A 45-degree angle is generally used when there is little subcutaneous fat, while a 90-degree angle suits areas with ample tissue. The goal is to deliver into the fatty layer beneath the skin, not into muscle.
Storage, Handling, and Sharps Disposal
- Unreconstituted peptides: store in freezer away from light. Reconstituted peptides: refrigerate and use within 28-30 days typically.
- Never freeze a reconstituted peptide vial.
- Use a sharps disposal container. Never recap used needles. Check local guidelines for sharps disposal in your area.
