Shipping Policy

This policy explains how accepted Pepvela orders are prepared and shipped. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Acceptance Before Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled only after Pepvela accepts your order request and verifies payment. Submitting an order request does not by itself mean an order has been accepted.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders shipped within the United States carry a flat $10 shipping charge. Orders over $200 ship free within the United States.
Any shipping charge is confirmed in your payment instructions.
4. International Orders
International shipping is quoted per order, based on destination and weight, and confirmed in your payment instructions before payment.
Pepvela may decline a shipment where the products cannot lawfully be imported or where shipping is not available.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes, and for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction. Pepvela is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pepvela is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
To correct an address, contact Pepvela as soon as possible. A change may not be possible once an order has shipped.
7. Carrier Handoff and Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
8. Delays
Pepvela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, governmental action, incorrect delivery information or other events outside its reasonable control.
9. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
Report a damaged, incorrect, lost or missing shipment as described in the Returns & Refunds Policy. For a package that is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, Pepvela will help investigate with the carrier.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and delivery responsibilities are governed by this policy, the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
11. Research Products
Products are supplied for lawful laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
