Pep Research works by order request. Checkout sends your request to Pepvela; no payment is taken on the Site. Payment instructions follow once your request has been reviewed and accepted.

1. How Payment Works
- Add products to your order and submit an order request at checkout.
- Pepvela reviews availability, pricing and your order details.
- Once your request is accepted, Pepvela sends payment instructions or an external payment link that references your order number.
- You complete payment outside the Site.
- Pepvela verifies the payment and prepares your order for fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is verified.
2. Payment Methods
Payment instructions may be provided for:
- Credit Card Payment Link: a secure external payment link, provided after approval.
- Zelle
- Venmo
Your preferred method is noted with your order request. Your payment instructions confirm the method for your order.
3. Before You Pay
Do not send payment until you receive official Pepvela instructions referencing your order number.
Pay the exact total shown in your instructions and include your order number with your payment.
4. Card Information
Pepvela does not collect or process payment-card details on the Site. A card payment is completed on an external payment provider’s page, under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Never send full card numbers or card security codes (CVV) by email, message or any Pepvela form.
5. Pricing, Shipping and Taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The total for your order, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes, is confirmed in your payment instructions.
Module pricing is applied by Pepvela’s ordering system, as described in the Terms & Conditions. See the Shipping Policy for shipping charges.
6. Reservations and Confirmation
Items in an order request are temporarily reserved while the request is reviewed and payment is arranged. A reservation may be released if payment is not completed.
Pepvela confirms your order once payment has been verified.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds follow the Returns & Refunds Policy and are issued through the original payment method where possible.
